On February 20, 2015 Margrit Eyraud announced that she retained the services of the firm, Hartley Moore Accountancy Corporation. They have been contracted to assist the company to maintain its books and records. Mr. Kevin Hartley as the
representative of Hartley & Moore will be acting as the interim CFO in his contract capacity.

Mr. Hartley has twenty years of experience, with fifteen years in public accounting and consulting and five years in various roles with public and private companies. Mr. Hartley began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1992. After five years, he left public practice to pursue opportunities outside of public accountancy and over the subsequent five years he was involved with mergers and acquisitions and various debt and equity financing transactions. In 2002, Mr. Hartley re-entered public accountancy and spent the next eight years with Windes & McClaughry’s Audit and Assurance Services practice, where his practice focus included financial reporting, SEC regulatory compliance, and internal control evaluation. In 2010, Mr. Hartley started Hartley deTroya Corporation, a professional accounting and consulting services firm, which subsequently merged into Hartley Moore Accountancy Corporation.
