the manipulation of the PPS has been in place since PTOI
first started trading in 2009

6 years doesn't get magically waived away ..
it will tho' (at least via partially laddered resets UP)
with indy BoD seated .. imo that comes to pass in 3rd Q 2015

i see only 2 options in play with RH in the back half of 2015
selling P2O or seating a qualified independent BoD

50/50 for the most part .. imo
