Please send in all of your complaints now....see you on the greys...I wonder if anyone has been following the SEC enforcement division activity since 2009. Over 1000 companies suspended and less than 1% have returned to trading status with a bid. Seems to me the US attorneys office, FBI, IRS, Congress and the Treasury have been very active with the SEC on many issues. SEC and FINRA have had alot of public interest thrown toward them lately. Bad CEO or not....the OTC market is under the microscope for a reason..
