As of September 30, 2012, the Company had paid $661,416 in installment payments on property, plant and equipment related to new processors

We also don't know what POSITIVE cash they may be generating.  We also don't know what new lines of credit, if any, they secured possibly from the suppliers themselves.

Finally some equipment has been purchased with shares in the past.
