USA: BNF for use with Antibodies and Aptamers
USA: N-Assay Rapid Detection Technology
China: FlatPack Packaging
New Zealand: FlatPack Packaging
The allowance and upcoming grants of patents significantly strengthen the position of the Company's intellectual property both domestically and internationally.
Doesn't say a thing about the N-Assay patent being assigned to Bret
