However the recent issuance of preferred stock for salary owed is preposterous! Reina and Genadiy are both owed money by the company for salary and there are at least two of my friends who are owed $25k they lent to Victor with a note and guaranteed 4 week turnaround. One was last year and one was in January. Both haven't been payed back. The SEC will view this issuance of stock very negatively when the list of people owed money for notes and salary is so long.
