nah. "stretching pixels". not the same as native uhd. and with hdr. xdr. hdri (in general) there's no comparison
basically, upscaling takes current info and "pushes" that onto other pixels. "stretching" the existing data from one pixel (in this case), to four. not the same by any "stretch" (as native uhd)
that's not the same as feeding each pixel the color. shading. brightness. darkness. at. al. the director captured on film in the original 4k format (or cgi team intended for each frame)
