imo *pilots* will be successfully consummated in the 2nd Q (4.1 - 6.30)
imo *monies* will be transferred to P2O's coffers in the 2nd Q

imo based on the above .. we will all get the answer to whether RH
seats an indy BoD in the 3rd Q (7.1 - 9.30) .. or he doesn't

one leads to uplisting .. the other to a buyout
