They've historically sold shares via PIPES to stay afloat. Low revenue and diluted out the ying-yang to the tune of 140 million shares.
Since she posted her new job responsibilities on Linkedin, it's fairly easy to see she made the move on a professional growth basis. Likely gets paid in cash, not shares. Being responsible for the overall sanitation of a large scale production bakery has more challenges then supervising the production of a few thousand culture plates/week. SAB coordinator? Get real.
