VTEQ -a provider of implantable medical device identification and radiation dose measurement technologies, announced today that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Scott R. Silverman, and Daniel E. Penni, a member of its Board of Directors, have purchased collectively more than 11 million shares of common stock from the Company at the market price.
