PR's cost money -and so do higher otc classifications - so not easily spent just to reassure stock holders-as soon as they can afford it they should upgrade to limited otc class if not higher

and they legitimately may have several NDA's which may prevent them from saying anything of substance -see previous PR's

and the old axiom is 90% of peoples fears dont come true
