Agreed. But unfortunately there is NO enforcement in the pinks and the MM's know this all too well. In fact the SEC condones the MM 's cleaning up the pink sheets by killing scams. It works well until an aberration occurs! NTEK! Going to beat the naked shorts in the long run.
