More money is still flowing in (positive inflow), even though the volume is low (according to volume accumulation chart). I'd rather have low volume and a idling price than heavy volume and volatility.
I think we've seen this pattern play out twice before since the CE scare a few weeks ago. High volatility with price upswings and downswings, followed by decreasing volume and a idling price, until the next news release and then the cycle repeats.
As long as the average price is slowly creeping up, that is good. Low volume to me means that people are holding on to what they have, waiting for the next big event.
