when someone borrows a stock(shorting) he will do all and everthing from ever re-paying it back so if the company fails all the money he pockets if the company succeeds or share prices increases he'll need to start paying back for the borrowed shares simply way of understanding why the bashers never want Ntek to succeed and their goals revealed then they have to pay because buying and holding causes the supply of share to dry up thus the pps rises and causes them to "HAVE TO PAY"
