IMHO the trades made on HVEL today are both wash trades. The purpose is to lower the price but at the same time discourage buying.
Those short are waiting to see what is forthcoming from the company.
Do they have audited financials? Do they have any deals that will get them into casinos? With whom and where? We are all watching a game of chess at this point and I think HVEL is going to capture the shorts queen soon, checkmate will come with NTEK! Go NTEK!!!
