2 consecutive 200k buy orders @ $.0119 (mine) one hit with 25k and removed from l2. the other with 21k and removed from l2
both still partial fills (and gone from the lev2)
put a 3rd 200k order @ $0117 (doesn't show either)
who said anything about manipulation?
