I don't think there is any delisting risk. Would bet its late due to some restatements over the revenue recognition and they need to rework some of the 2014 quarterly filings and the 2014 10K. Not really a big deal as it happens very often for young growth companies.

I would like to see an increase in the monthly MAV numbers after the March reporting. It will be the first full month post CVS. Also interested in if they can close the acquisitions they previously disclosed.
