Yes, the structure must be adjusted proportional to the split to limit the impact to the investors.

I would hope this company could grow the stock pps organically to at least the penny level.  It will take a lot of material events unfolding over the next year or so and substantial revenues generated from the various subsidiaries of the company.  I can see it happening, it is just an uphill battle.
