I suppose it depends on how high you're looking to uplist, but doing so requires a minimum share price to be sustained, no?  So the only way to get there would be a reverse split of the shares to increase price, unless the company can get it in gear, help the price to rise on its own and buy back shares along the way.  JMHO, of course. 

But I sure hope so, and not because of a reverse split!
