Arcturus - the price is going to stay around the .30 mark. It may flutuate between .29 and .31. There are some pretty strong support and resistance levels here. If you look at it on a minute-to-minute basis, it won't stay at .31, but if you look at it over the course of the day, it should bounce up against .31 a few times, and possibly dip to .28 a few times.

It's just strengthening its running legs. Sifting out the people who want to take their profits, and building strength on the people who want to stay in for the long haul.
