My understanding is the shareholder meeting is again planned toward the end of June and all shareholders will be shortly be requested to sign a non- disclosure agreement to receive financial information.

As far as the current share price, my opinion is it simply reflects the capability to manipulate stock prices in a vacuum. My judgement is the company is doing just fine and the end of the news vacuum is the antidote for manipulation. I am hopeful the company will soon begin to file with the SEC again but in the meantime I am looking forward to the information I receive after I sign the NDA.
