Victor has few options. He can either give all the shareholders an update on what he has been doing the past year both with the company's money and projects he has been working on or simply step down. I have to believe he will be facing a very difficult personal legal battle if he stays on. Best for him to move on and let those who want MPIX to succeed to take over.
