Although you are spot on about the evil of those who have crawled from out of their rat holes, I think that the Nevada SOS are not culpable in any way other than perhaps being overwhelmed and understaffed. Some might argue ineptitude for the present disclosure and lack of much needed disclosure on what was completed and filed prior to the partial amendment they have disclosed, but I am inclined to think they haven't a clue at what lurks in the darkness for some and it was merely a faux pas.

It will all be revealed in very short order thereby exposing, once again, the repeated lies, misinformation and ignorance of Cassandra and her cohorts.
