The last two S-1/A's were filed the first week of each month. So, what's the hold up? Was the annual filing put ahead of the 3rd S-1/A and the lawters are still working on it or maybe it's just a matter of the SEC issuing their effective notice.
It must be close.
Wish Garth could let us know if there's one more S-1/A coming.
