Alright. Thanks for the clarification guys. Not up on copyright infringement law etc. Just something that I wanted some more info about. However, I should have realized that it was kosher, or else they wouldn't have been able to have the label pushed onto the market to begin with.

It's not exactly a couple of guys bottling their recipe in a garage or basement and hawking it out of the back of a pick-up truck.
