I wasn't here for the opening bell but apparently .0016's occurred fairly early in the day since it was showing as HOD before 11 am, but not on the graph. I think those shares may be what the MM's showed later as .0012's, that were never listed on the L2's.

I think they were hoping that the trading pressure would not push it to .0016 again and it would not show as having gone that high.

Classic games. for sure.
