ChunkyPB - thanks for pointing that out. Hmmmm... I didn't think of that. I'm sure it will work itself out. I'm sure there are a lot of "Rocky Mountain High" titles of various things, from songs to poems to movies to merchandise. Perhaps John Denver wasn't even the one who coined the term. I am not sure who (if anyone) owns any specific rights to it.
