Short sellers are being pressured to close their positions as the price goes higher. The overwhleming majority of the volume this afternoon has been from "buy" orders, even though many of them have been small orders.
If the longs can hold onto their shares, then the shorts will have no choice but to close out their positions and buy back their borrowed shares. This should add to the upward momentum for the price.
As long as the longs hold on to their shares, they are limiting the supply of shares, which limits the downside potential on the share price and increases the upside potential.
Everything still looks great with the stock going forward.
We are still anticipating an update this week or next week about the increased production rate of the RMH products, and possibly an update on the progress to reaching the revenue target that THCZ announced a few weeks ago.
This should all combine to help keep the price on a steady upward trajectory.
