Until the financials are filed than it's anybodies guess. One of my concerns and this has been said in the past is the condition of the records / files that the auditors need to sort through. If it is all there.
Another is the cooperation of those previously involved. Now most if not all have been charged. Hence what will the financials reveal about there past?
For sure Chris mentioned Steve York for sure was a hold out. That he may need to get a court order for his cooperation. That could have changed by now.
