I don't like to make predictions because they are like saying 'I'm right and everyone else is wrong' but since things are so slow around here I'll predict the following:

HC grant the license and say that they were 'misled' by the Globe and Mail articles by GR.

GR and G&M get sued and settle out of court

OMB laughs at the Lakeshore and Cen is cleared for zoning (again)

Giddy up launches (before license) and the PPS spikes

The company has something really big overseas that when announced blows everyone away
