There has to be a bigger plan.
Obviously Cruz and Osegueda have made money in real estate. Properties don't just sell themselves. It takes advertising and a careful assertive approach to close the deal. I don't believe that these guys with their sales background have no plan to market the products. I think what we've seen so far is just basically market testing to see which products generate the most bang for the buck. They aren't idiots and for there to be virtually zero advertising of the products baffles me and leads me to think there is something else going on.
