Good Afternoon Shareholders,
As you may already know we have re-filed our Judicial Review Application with the Federal Court in Canada. We are very excited to have our case heard. We are awaiting our date at the OMB and anticipate it to be within the next 60 days, dependent on their schedule. We are also very excited to clear this up. We continue to work vigilantly on our other business initiatives, which we hope to unveil soon. Our audit is near completion and we anticipate having “spinoff” news in the near future.
