There is no chill on this stock in the USA. There is one in Canada. TD Ameritrade will let you sell but not buy (in house reasons). All other U.S. Brokers have no problems. New law in effect. You can not transfer OTC stocks between different brokerage accounts. I found this out first hand a few months ago. I talked with every major broker in the U.S.
