With 3 cockpit crews, Baltia can fly back and forth with little to no layover to finish proving flights quickly. One crew in the US, One crew in St. Petersburg, and one crew flying. Each time the plane lands, a fresh, rested crew is ready to fly. Each crew spends every other day home. Not sure if Cabin crew has the same requirements as Flight crew though.
