In my opinion only....This is most likely Day Traders taking advantage of the volatility in this low range. They can buy, and sell massive amounts of shares and make hundreds of dollars in a very short period. The more they run down the pps the more they can profit if they can get the volume up. Pretty common to see, and actually means nothing. When news hits, it will just make the upside that much better, IMO. GLTA
