Nobody can reach the company so how would anyone know of any imminent RS. They are just spreading FUD! IGlow made a big deal of a CEO's patent history and that CEO didn't last more than two quarters so in hindsight what did it all matter. Didn't IGlow know Jone's was going to be short term? Of course not but he bashed the hell out of him anyways to create FUD. IMO shares will be retired through the merger with no RS. If Cruz did elect to RS then IMO it would be minimal and we make up the loss of shares with the "spin off". Hopefully the term "spin off" was not used as slang but as a technical business term. Rico Suave might have it's own ticker symbol and all shareholders receive equal shares to what we have into GRCU. I think that would benefit the entire BOD as well. If Cruz would indicate "how" he plans to do all this then maybe GRCU would receive more buyers and some whales.
