I had not tried to buy thru my Fidelity in some time(I just hold my shares in fidelity) but when they (TDA and fidelity) "usually" (imo) don't let us Buy but we can "sell" usually imo means it has been shorted and they know it and NEED shares, thus they allow selling but will not dip the hole deeper by buying.
Stocks heavily shorted IMO are, ICBT, SRGE, RCCH
all have bashers and a couple have buy restricts and sells are 'ok'
