From what I understand Xi you have to have a broker initiated buy while on the greys now. May be some actual paperwork that must be filed with some brokerages I know with Scotttade ill have to call my local office to make a transaction on the greys..heard that many of them has started as well due to the fact that the computers cannot do the required actions to buy sell grey stock..its fair trade 1:1
I dunno how hard that could be but it is what it is with some brokers
