perfectly described nightfly and in much more detail than I wrote a while back,
there will be no shares and upon that BGL completion of impairment, we look for our MSJ news items, 2nd writing, SRGE share cross to MSJ puts our shares very very valuable and very rare... and that news element will drive up our prices perhaps to where they would have should have been in 2012!
then the real deal! sale of the mines.... we can run like heck as SOL and CYD did respectful of their structures
value of a deal WILL be the value of our shares
