Haha, Very funny you mention that! Meow received a PM from said Offender today. It was a backhanded sympathy message. When Meow attempted to reply, Meow was unable to as Meow is blocked by them. And this is the person that claims Meow harrases and threatens them. That was about the 4th initiated PM from the Offender. Why would an "innocent" harrassed and threatened pervert go out of his way to initiate more contact? Meow suspects its the same uncontrollable urges that got him in trouble in the first place, getting himself in trouble again.
