That's easy:

Old BS: Anything that the company has ever communicated to the investing public which turned out to be fraud.

Exciting new development: Anything the company has ever communicated which hasn't yet been irrefutably be proven to be fraud.


Problem is, by these definitions, there's nothing but "Old BS" left chew on.
