Last I heard was there were some issues had to be resolved. They are all systems go now and plan on following through with their earlier plans of improving their reputation via PRs and hiring an IR rep.

I'd expect the company to reach out soon. As well as submit the 10Q in the coming weeks.

I spoke to the CEO about 3 weeks ago. He's fully aware that SHs are upset and has full intentions of making things right.

I recieved no details but he mentioned everything is fine with the application process and they are waiting On Health Canada.
