Adding to the fleet after certification is simple. Baltia will probably lease the same kind of planes as they have, not a different kind, so they don't have to go through THAT process again. The plane will go through whatever maintenance checks are required, there will be a test flight and the new plane will be added to the fleet. Takes about a month per plane.
