Well said. In my communication with other investors and Hale it sounds like Dredge is not coming back in part over a difference of opinion. Dredge is a gold guy and the company believes diamonds are the quickest way to generate cash flow. In my reading between the lines I believe Dredge so values his Pinon and experience it became an issue of having to submit to the company decision maker or walk. I think the company believed they would not survive a lengthy process of generating revenue through gold and felt immediate cash from diamonds was necessary for funding and continued investor support. Time will tell of course.
