OK now, Meow wants to know about ECIGD. Looking at the chart, the symbol was worth multiple dollars over a year ago or years ago. And seemed to have had R/S recently, but price has been downhill a lot since R/S also. May look good for a bounce, But is it really a soild company? What would be the reasons for the constant downward trend? And what would or could happen to get an appreciation in the PPS?
