yes-until the big boys stop playing their greedy games trying to eliminate the competition

Pan Am needs to shake things up via cash flow production,diversification and or beneficiation/pelletization (see April 2012 PR)- and solve whatever hindrances they've been facing

pelleted product-a specialized type of beneficiation- is usually 40 more/ton

lump ore is ca 20 more/ton

beneficiation product is more/ton and allows them to capture a lot more iron outside the immediate veins

sell more ready made onsite inventory-of course they've been waiting for price to rise and big boys aren't going to allow that until big boys get what they believe is their divine right of kings market share

so cant wait for big boys or for ore to return to 100

gotta take advantage of mexicos advantages-lower labor rate than china now,comparatively easy regulations though regs resulting from illegal mines have complicated things in most nations plus port games

and lower cost of trucking /shipping w oil lower still
