Sense you've made the decision to inform the shareholders and investing community of your decision to "spin off" a piece of the company, why not take this opportunity to lay-out a more detailing explanation of plans for that spin off, after such a long awaited communication from the company amongst a continuously falling share price and ever lessening shareholder value?......................IF A PLAN SERIOUSLY EXISTED?...................at this point, it is suspect and seems simply as a quick grasp at some jargon "SPIN OFF" to be used as a pacifier.
