Cruz is a genius compared to 99% of the dumbass posts I read on Ihub and elsewhere. The company doesn't speak to shareholders other than through PR's so how do we know what Cruz is really up to? I would love to pick his brain but I wouldn't keep up with his future restructuring plans. Only companies with multiple products can "spin off". How many GRCU shareholders have experience with other "real" OTC companies with multiple product lines? How could any GRCU shareholder truly understand how an OTC company can merge and spin off all in one very complex transaction? I doubt too many GRCU shareholders have owned other OTC companies that have done just that! Real company, real products, real "spin off" combined with real "merger" combined with real "up list"! Maybe by June 30th per the filing's suggestion I posted earlier.
