Well, half a month before the current carrot ends. Any guesses as to what Mr. Heddle will pull next??
There should be a new contest as to what happens next....for examples:
1) EcoNav states that, instead of a pilot run, EcoNav reviewed previous runs, is now so excited that they're doing handsprings and they've decided to increase the number of processors they will purchase for customers...plus they will purchase the processors under terms even more favorable to PTOI (pending finding an end buyer, of course).
2) EcoNav cites more time is needed and kicks the can down the road.
3) PTOI initiates another 'shock and awe' of new deals to distract investors from EcoNav.
4) PTOI stays silent.
5) Other.
I'm going to guess (1). Note to Mr. Heddle and the EcoNav people/person: You're excluded from this contest since it's not fair for you to 'guess' what you're going to say to shareholders.
