sounds like the buybacks are 3 arranged private deals. When is the timing for these? and I think the assumption that the deals are at .0001 or better but does anyone know the timing and terms?

If the stock were to go up the deals would get canceled I'm guessing so seems like stock will stay down until buybacks complete.
